In the unfortunate event that your fishes arrive DOA...

• We offer a full DOA (Death on Arrival) guarantee. If your fish arrive dead, we will refund the cost of the fish.

• Within one hour of delivery, you must take a picture of fish while its still in the bag

• In the unfortunate case that the shipment is delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in route, the buyer is responsible to file a claim with the shipping company. The seller will not be responsible for these events.

• No returns on livestock, all sales are final.
